Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 July 2026. These terms govern ChartClimber, provided by sirius-one.de GmbH. The applicable app-store terms and our Privacy Policy also apply.

Entertainment only

ChartClimber is for entertainment. Historical prices form game tracks; it is not trading, investing, gambling, a brokerage or financial advice. Virtual cash, VOLT, reputation and items cannot be deposited, traded for securities, transferred as real money, cashed out or withdrawn.

Eligibility

You may use the game only where permitted by applicable law and app-store rules. If your region requires parental or guardian consent for a minor, that consent is required. The final store age/content rating will be published with release; a self-declared age answer is not treated as proof.

Accounts

The game starts with a pseudonymous guest account. You may optionally link Google, Apple or a verified email to protect/synchronize progress. If that identity already belongs to another account, the game explains the deterministic merge and asks for explicit confirmation. You can export or permanently delete the account in Settings > Privacy & Data or through the verified public deletion page.

Virtual items & purchases

Virtual cash, VOLT, unlocks, vehicles and boosters are licensed for use inside the game and have no cash value. Purchased currency does not expire; consumables may be used according to disclosed rules. Google Play or Apple shows the localized product and price, processes payment and handles its refund process. We never receive card/bank details.

Our backend verifies every transaction before granting content. Pending or duplicate callbacks grant nothing. Restorable non-consumables have a restore path. A refund/revocation may remove the corresponding entitlement after store verification but not another independently valid purchase. Account deletion does not itself cancel/refund a store transaction; purchase handling is explained before deletion.

Advertising

The game may offer optional Rewarded ads for disclosed virtual rewards and limited server-scheduled Interstitials. Rewarded completion must be provider-verified. A valid purchase suppresses forced Interstitials while a qualifying purchase entitlement remains; voluntary Rewarded ads may still be offered. Privacy choices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Fair play

Do not manipulate clients, messages, receipts, callbacks, clocks or server state; duplicate currency/rewards; use unauthorized bots for advantage; attack or bypass security; sell accounts/items; or infringe others' rights. We may reject manipulated requests, hold suspicious game settlements and restrict abusive accounts. A single client risk signal does not by itself invalidate a legitimate store purchase or cause an irreversible ban.

Disclaimers & law

The service may depend on stores, hosting, authentication, market-data and advertising providers and is offered "as is" to the extent law permits. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including intent/gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, product liability and mandatory consumer rights. For slight negligence, liability is limited where permitted to essential contractual duties and foreseeable typical damage.

German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their country of residence. Jurisdiction applies only where legally permitted. Final consumer-law, withdrawal, age, liability and territory wording remains subject to legal review before commercial release. Contact chartclimber@sirius-one.de for support.
